Meet Margot Wilson M.Phil, MA
I am a philosopher and independent researcher in dreaming and hypnagogic visualization. I have been a practitioner of astrology and intuitive coach for over 30 years and an East/West Philosopher for over 20 years.
I have Bachelor's and Research Master's degrees in Philosophy from the Universities of London and Glasgow, and a Masters in Creative Writing (distinction) from Sheffield University. I continue to enjoy furthering my art, writing and research at The Royal College of Art.

How I Work
Each session and individual is unique. My starting point is always working with the astrological chart which establishes our connection. We use the initial session to ascertain how I can best help you, sometimes it is just a single session and that is enough to set you on your way with actions and contemplations to work with. If I feel you may benefit from the Vivid Dream Work then we agree to work together for roughly three months, 30 minutes per week during which time you will tell me your vivid dreams which I will analyze then provide you with bespoke hypnagogic visualizations to practice. First you will learn how to produce the vivid dreams which requires you to practice twice per day for 3 minutes.
As powerful as it is, not everyone needs to do the Vivid Dream Work and it may be that working together over a three month period on helping you become clear, connected and confident about yourself and your life path is best for you. If you are a corporate client we'll look at your leadership and team player capabilities as well as look at the bigger picture with regard to your business and career. If an actor or creative person I will help you become super clear in your authentic self-expression and clear away any blocks or self-sabotaging holding patterns that stand in your way.
