THE VIVID|DREAMWORK METHOD - LEVEL 1
Whether you are a regular dreamer or someone who never remembers your dreams, using the Vivid|Dreamwork Method, everyone can create, remember and analyze their own vivid dreams. The Vivid|Dreamwork Method is a 3-Stage Process that can be learned and practiced by anyone, providing you with a unique self-transformational tool for life.
The Vivid|Dreamwork Method incorporates a specialized easy-to-learn 3-minute breathing technique that is performed just twice daily. The second stage is learning how to analyze the nightly dream fragments that reveal psycho-emotional holding patterns that are ready to be outgrown and no longer helpful. The third stage is learning how to use hypnogogic visualization to outgrow unhelpful holding patterns and create new ones.
This unique course is offered on-line over 6-Sessions, each session is between 60 and 90 minutes and participants are limited to 12 per group.

Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals who consume marijuana to sleep. I am not aware of how CBD oils affect vivid|dreaming. Other prescriptive medications may also affect the ability to recall dreams. Otherwise very low dose prescribed medication does not seem to inhibit the dreaming function and recall. Should you be in doubt then seek advice from your medical counsel or doctor.

All Creative|Force Courses operate on the principle of 'what is shared in the room, stays in the room'. Each participant will pledge a group confidentiality at the beginning of the course.

Here are a few questions that have come up over the years. Note, BIVD means Breath-Induced-Vivid-Dreaming.
How is vivid dreaming different to lucid or REM dreaming?
The BIVD technique directly stimulates the vagus nerve, the brain stem and amygdala at the back of the brain. It also focuses upon and 'blows the cobwebs' from the throat region and chakra. This alone improves self-expression and verbal/oral communication. Practitioners experience 1-5 nightly Vivid Dreams many of which are remembered as fragments upon waking. Being stronger and more intensely vivid, these dreams are more memorable than regular REM dreaming. The dream content is distinctly thematic relating to psycho-emotional holding patterns stored within the body and breathing patterns. Vivid dreams occur during regular REM dream cycles, usually 5- cycles per night of sleep. Lucid dreams function more like self-hypnosis. Once started BIVD dreaming continues for 5-7 days and occasionally for longer. Once the throat chakra is cleared and open vivid dreams drop off and regular REM dreaming returns.
Can I do the method more than once?
No. Due to focusing on the throat region of the body The Vivid-Dreamwork Method ceases to produce vivid dreams once the throat chakra is open and clear. This is a good thing! Other breathing techniques are used to clear and open the lower and higher chakras and regions. The dream analysis method may be used to interpret future REM dreams and provide insights as to which hypnogogic visualizations to use. Once learned hypnogogic visualization can be used freely going forward. It is an incredibly powerful gift and tool!
How long will I have vivid dreams?
The general trend is that vivid dreams commence after 2 to 3 BIVD sessions (of 3-minutes twice per day). So effectively you should all dream on the second night. These will continue for 5-7 days, sometimes as long as 10 days. This is why the course is compressed into 7-10 day period.
Can I teach other people how to use the Vivid|Dreaming Method?
No. This Level 1 course enables you to learn and practice the technique yourself. In order to teach others and analyze their dreams you will need to complete the Level 2 course which teaches the theory behind the method. As a certified BIVD Coach you may use this technique alongside other healing and therapeutic modalities. Completing Level 1 entitles you continue onto the Level 2 course due in 2021. This course will be certified.
Will I have nightmares?
Highly unlikely. Vivid dreams are usually topsy turvy and especially strange but rarely frightening or disturbing. In fact there have been no cases of nightmares in my clients.
Are there any side-effects to be concerned about?
No. The breathing technique is designed to produce a powerful state of expansion and self-expression, the effects are the feeling of groundedness, empowerment, positivity and a growing sense of clarity.
What if I can't do the breathing?
There is no perfect way to perform the breathing technique and the method automatically produces a little coughing and clearing of the throat. The most important aspect of the technique is to produce the loudest and most powerful lasting sound and once this is achieved, the aim of the breathing is complete. It is a fun experience and positive feelings are experience upon each practice.
What if I have insomnia or a bad night?
The BIVD technique usually helps with insomnia and though the nights are busy with vivid dreaming you should not wake up tired or feeling as though you have not slept. The deep restorative and relaxation effects of the breathing generally aid better sleep.
What if I forget to do the breathing?
Ideally you should try to avoid this by setting your alarm twice daily. The practice is for a short period only so hopefully you should be able to run with the program.
What if I go to a party or drink alcohol?
Moderate amounts of alcohol should not be problematic as the important part of the practice is the effort of the 3-Minute Breathing. However, alcohol may affect your ability to recall the dreams and to wake up briefly to note down your dreams.
What if I take medication?
Experience has shown that small amounts of anti-depressants do not hinder the production and remembering of vivid dreams, however, it is advisable to consult your medical counsel or doctor regarding how a short powerful breathing technique may interact with your medication.
What if I am pregnant?
Due the breathing method being powerful I recommend that women over 12 weeks pregnant should not do the program. There are other practices more suitable available and the course can always be taken post birth.
